Refund Policy
Except when required by law or as otherwise stated below, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Certain refund requests for Subscription fees may be considered by SwimTraq on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of SwimTraq.
Paddle is SwimTraq's Merchant of Record (MoR). As such, Paddle securely handles all payment transactions for Subscription purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations.
You have the right to cancel your Subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. This cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the subscription purchase transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that You send Paddle your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation before the expiration of the 14 day period.
To cancel your order, You must inform Paddle of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please do so by contacting Paddle here.
Please note that your right to cancel your order is only present for the 14 days following the initial subscription purchase and not upon each automatic renewal.
